We look forward to welcoming you to the Building the Future 2025 Licensee Away Day on February 18th.
This event will offer valuable insights into how we can support each other in achieving our goals over the next 12 months and beyond.
To prepare, we would appreciate your input to help align our activities for the upcoming year. We have prepared a few brief questions for you to consider before the event and will give each of you a dedicated 5 minute presentation slot on the day. This will allow us to explore how we can collaborate effectively towards our goals, both as individual companies and as a collective.
1 – Successes – focusing on your CORGI business only, share a story about your team’s successes over the past 12 months. What do you believe has contributed to this achievement? Failures – have you faced any issues or challenges in the past year that has impacted your CORGI business?
2 – How have you promoted the CORGI brand over the past 12 months, what has worked well and not worked so well?
3 – Have you worked collaboratively with any of the other CORGI family members over the past 12 months, if so what have you done, what has been achieved? What are your future plans for collaboration?
4 – What are your future plans for growing your CORGI business?
5 – What support can CORGI Services provide over the coming year
To help in your preparation, we have put a ppt template together that you can simply fill out and send back to us, ready for presenting on the day.
