Gas Certificates:

  • Gas Safety Notification Certificate
  • Building Regulations Certificate

If the installation was notified to CORGI, a duplicate copy will be available. We can supply you with a hard copy within 4 working days or email this to you straight away.

 

Between April 2005 – March 2009

The cost of the production of a duplicate certificate is £40 + VAT for an email version. This can be paid by card over the phone. Please note that on your statement it will show CB Consultancy.

Before April 2005

This legislation was not in place so there is no legal requirement for a Gas Safety Notification Certificate

 

After April 2009

Please contact Gas Safe Register on 0800 408 5500 who will be able to advise you.

Doors and Windows Certificate:

  • Building Regulation Certificate
  • CORGI Fenestration Installation Certificate
  • Extended Product Warranties

If the installation was notified to CORGI, we can supply duplicate certificates electronically to you by email.

Duplicate certificates are free of charge.
